Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. When it was on live, it appeared correctly on the projector but there was no way to tell what you were clicking on. Secondary note, in between it working and not working, the PPT files no longer showed images of the slides in preview. Almost as if it is trying to load it but doesn't finish. Tonight, I came in and when I tried to load an updated PPT file, it was grayed out in "All Presentations" with NO yellow triangle or exclamation point. So I loaded that and also found a service pack for Windows 7.

I found a post that indicated we needed PPT Viewer. I had some PPT's loaded before and they worked but not when adding new ones. It would not allow me to put it in the schedule for service. The following Thursday night, when I loaded PPT13 slides for announcements, in "All Presentations" it appeared but was grayed out with a yellow triangle and an exclamation point. The Power Points still appeared to work that day. My background picture displays with the black strips before I ever get into Easy Worship. I came in last Sunday and removed Microsoft Office 365 and downloaded a new copy of Microsoft Office 2013 w/license. Im not sure if its a setting on powerpoint or easyworship. This last week I began running into issues with Power Point 2013 working in EasyWorship 6. The only thing I have left is to double the RAM and considering using an SSD drive. EVERYTHING is new and was purposely built so EasyWorship 6 would run appropriately. We have a brand new motherboard, processor, hard drive, graphics cards, RAM, power supply and disc drives. "We have been using EasyWorship 6 for a few months. I could not find anything about this in the forums.UPDATE: We saved as PPT 2003-2007 and loaded it from the gear box/drop down in the top right corner of the "schedule." It then loaded but still left black for the preview images and appears correctly through the projector. Any help resolving this issue would be great.

When trying to add YouTube videos to the schedule, I get the same problem as well, the right side of video is playing but the left side is frozen, but not when I import and add a video file to the media collection first. It is NOT split in half like what you would see if the screen sizes were wrong with the left side on FoH and right side on the Foldback. But when the PowerPoint goes live the left half of the screen is black and the right side is displaying the right half of the PPT Slide like the left half has been cut off (on the FoH and Foldback they look exactly the same).

We are using a Matrox Dual Head2Go for FoH and Foldback monitors which is working perfectly for the songs and scriptures. I am able to import a PowerPoint file and add it to the schedule but when it goes live only half the slide is displayed. We just upgraded to EasyWorship 6 and have everything working fine except for PowerPoint.
